Amanda and Dan: Engagement Session

Amanda and Dan are awesome. Just to give you an idea of how awesome they are they told me that they were going to be joining a kickball league soon. A KICKBALL LEAGUE!!! I am SO jealous! Anyway, Amanda wanted to start their engagement session at The Jolly Cow in Kingston. she worked there for 8 years when she was younger. It was crazy hot the day we scheduled the shoot for and their ice cream comes melted in about a minute and a half. It was pretty messy. Not the best day for a shoot involving ice cream… I never realized before that day that there was such a thing as “too hot for ice cream”. It seems very wrong.

After the ice cream melted we went to Rotary Park in Kingston. It’s one of my favorite parks and is located on the Hudson River in Kingston. It’s historic, beautiful, and one of the many things worth checking out if you are ever in the area.

Oh and Dan is an awesome graphic designer. Check out his site!
