Clotheshorse: Tapestry

Heather Dixon of Clotheshorse Magazine is not afraid to be bold with her color choices, and I love that about her. When she expressed interest in using a marigold color as a background for the upcoming shoot of their Tapestry collection, I agreed immediately and eagerly ordered a backdrop in that shade. I think the results pop and really compliment the lovely designs.

This is (in part) what Heather Dixon and Mindy Brown (also of Clotheshorse) have to say about this collection:

“Our designers added images of flora and fauna hidden within the intricate curls and swirls of a design, blurring the edges of fair isles using a mix of right and wrong sides and playfully mixing knit with crochet. Large scale, all-over lace looks exquisite in the rich tones of the season.”

I think you’ll agree that the results are stunning!
